Phillips 66 Lubricants

In 2002, petroleum companies Conoco and Philips merged, creating the 6th-largest publicly traded oil company in the world and the 3rd-largest in the US. In 2011, the company began pursuing separation of their Refining & Marketing and their Exploration & Production businesses into two stand-alone, publicly traded corporations. The repositioning was finalized in May 2012, and Phillips 66 debuted as an independent and diversified energy manufacturing and logistics company.

Phillips 66 manufactures high-quality industrial oils, heavy duty lubricants, and extreme pressure lubricants that reflect the company’s pursuit for excellence since Continental Oil and Transportation Co., was founded in 1875, as well as the foundation of its other predeceasing company, Phillips Petroleum Company, in 1917.
