Super S API GL-4 SAE 90 Weight EP Gear Oil

Super S SAE 90 Gear Oil, API GL-4 is formulated with sulfur-phosphorus EP additives to provide anti-wear and anti-scuff performance for use in automobiles, trucks and heavy equipment calling for GL-4 gear oils, especially gears subject to shock loading. After being unable to procure GL4 locally i found it here (GL4/GL5 is not the same; there are properties in GL5 that are harsh on yellow metals). Product as described; shipped quick and expedient. Will use again.

Hard to find gear oil...and cheap!

I bought this for use in a 1968 Minneapolis Moline Jetstar 3's transmission/differential and Ampli-torq unit. These old tractors cannot use GL-5 gear oil due to brass being used internally, and GL-1 is not rated for EP use which MM requires in the manual. This oil fits the bill, and even calls out MIL spec 2105 which my manual calls for the oil! The tractor now has fresh gear oil and got it for a very good price with quick shipping. No issues so far during the couple of jaunts I've made with the tractor. Thank you PSC!
