What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Can I pay for my order over the phone?

No, for payment security purposes, all orders must be placed online through our website.

We are a large business, do you accept payment terms?

Yes, for larger volume orders we do approve terms payments. You can apply for credit terms here.



Can you track a package for me?

Yes, if you provide us with your order number we can track your package.

What is your cutoff time for shipping?

Most shipments begin getting picked up at our warehouse between 1:00 and 2:00 PM EST. All expedited orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST to ensure expedited delivery. Customers should always call to verify stock before processing expedited orders to ensure the product is available.

What is your average lead time for order processing?

Orders received for in stock items will be processed within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday, EXCEPT on holidays. If you have questions regarding your order, please contact our Customer Service Representatives.

Where is my order shipping from?

Most orders will ship from our warehouse in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes, the email address on the order will receive an automated email when the tracking number has been updated.

How do I get a price on shipping cost?

You can estimate shipping through your cart. Either navigate to the cart page directly, or by pressing the ADD TO CART button on the product page, then selecting the blue VIEW CART / ESTIMATE SHIPPING button. Once in your cart, select either the blue estimate shipping button at the top of the page, or the blue link under your subtotal. Enter your information and select your shipping option, with the pricing next to it.

Can I arrange to have my own shipping company pick up my product?

Unfortunately, no. Our shipping and receiving department maintains strict scheduling with our approved carriers to ensure the best on-time delivery performance for our customers.



How do I know if a product is available and ready to ship?

While most products we show as available to order on our site are in stock, there are situations where inventory can run out. In those situations, customers will be notified by email. Additionally, we guarantee your product price when the product is replenished.

What is PSC Select Shipping?

What is the treatment ratio for Power Service products?

Each Power Service product has its own treatment ratio for proper performance. Select the product you are looking for to view its sepcific ratio:



What does ISO VG mean?

ISO VG stands for "International Standards Organization Viscosity Grade" and is reported in numbers ranging from 2 all the way up to 1500. Learn more about ISO VG here.

What is the shelf life of oil?

Oil does not have an exact shelf life. However, ExxonMobil states, "In general, the recommended shelf life for oils and greases is typically five years when stored properly in the original sealed containers." Learn more about shelf life and storage here.

Can you supply a COA / COC?

We cannot supply any Certificate of Conformance (COC). We can, however, supply a Certificate of Analysis (COA) when SKU#5016 is added to the order.

Can I pickup my order?

Yes, if you are in the area you may select the "Local Pickup" shipping option at checkout. You will be contacted either by phone or email once your order is ready for pickup, THEN you may come to pickup your order. Hours for pickup are Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm, EXCEPT on holidays.

If I am sales tax exempt in PA, how can I set up an account?

BEFORE making your purchase, you must create an online account using the email you wish to place orders with. After creating your account, then send yout tax form to and we will update you within minutes once it is ready. AFTER you receive confirmation, you can place your order.

Can I cancel my order after it is submitted?

All orders can be canceled by the customer up to the day the order is shipped with a full reimbursement, so shop with confidence!
