Making The Grade With The Petroleum Quality Institute Of America

The Petroleum Quality Institute of America,
PQIA, recently tested products offered by Petroleum Service Company. The mission of PQIA is to protect and educate consumers on the lubricants they are purchasing. PQIA will randomly select different brands of oil from the shelves of stores and test them for quality and performance. They test to ensure the products meet proper API, ISO, and SAE standards. The findings of these tests can be found on the PQIA website. Products that do not make the grade will be issued a Consumer Alert. The purpose of these tests is to protect the consumer and their investments. There is a lot of “Cheap” oil on the market and without an independent panel like the PQIA consumers would have no idea if the products they purchase are up to proper standards. That is why it is important to purchase your petroleum products from reputable and longstanding suppliers that have the expertise and care deeply about quality, proper product application, and customer service.
Here is a list of products offered on the The PSC Online Store that underwent random distributor testing through the PQIA, and of course made the grade.
