It was on March 17^th, 1930 that John Stuchell Fisher, the Governor of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, issued the letters patent naming Petroleum Service Company a Pennsylvania corporation.

That letters patent is framed proudly in our headquarters in Wilkes Barre, PA, where we have been since.
