DINITROL 538 PLUS, Solvent-Containing, Black, Single Step Primer for Windscreen/Window Bonding with Polyurethane Adhesives with UV Protection

DINITROL 538 Plus primer is a multi-function, "1-step primer" RIM and paint pre-treatment product to be used when replacing polyurethane direct-glazed automotive glass parts, ceramic coating, and other substrates. 
This solvent-containing black primer promotes the adhesion between the glass and painted surface, additionally increasing the UV protection of the screen print.

DINITROL 538 Plus direct glazing adhesive provides powerful rust-proofing, inhibiting rust in small nicks and scratches, the long life primer is also compatible with all DINOL adhesive systems.

Pre-Treatment:

The surface to be treated must be clean, dry and free of dust, oil and grease.
Abrading the glass and/or ceramic frit bonding surface will enhance the adhesive and primer bond.
