Samson 1243 Lever Action Drum Pump for Oils, Antifreeze, Solvents & Alcohols

Samson model 1243 lever-action barrel pump is made of a steel pump body, spout, and telescopic suction tube for use in 55-gallon and 16-gallon drums. The die-cast head, steel piston, brass rings, and Viton rubber seals make this pump ideal for use with lubricants, antifreeze, detergents, solvents, and alcohol.

    I’m using this pump for motor oil. It pumps oil very smooth. Nine and a half pumps yields a gallon. I love the turn up spout. It prevents the top of the drum from getting oil soaked by just turning the spout up. Many competitors pumps needs the nut loosended to turn up spout then retightened every time it’s used.
