TOTAL Lactuca MS 5000-S is a bio-resistant macro-emulsion or water-soluble oil specially designed for the conventional machining operations of mild steels, copper alloys, and screw cutting brass applications and is also recommended for all processes involving fine carbon steels.  
This anti-foaming water-soluble oil forms a stable emulsion offering temporary protection of mechanical parts and delivers a good balance of strong lubrication and effective cooling properties often required in operations necessitating friction reducing attributes.

TOTAL Lactuca MS 5000-S provides highly balanced performance and is suitable for machining a wide range of materials, offering a plethora of additional benefits such as:
