Dinitrol 447 Protect Super Quick Drying, Rubber & Resin-Based Grey & Black Stonechip Protection With Zinc Enhanced Corrosion Protection 

DINITROL 447 Protect Super is a rubber and resin-based auto-body stone chip protection coating that provides powerful corrosion resistance coupled with zinc additives for significantly improved rust protection to protect vehicles such as cars, trucks, buses, and other vehicles from stone, gravel, and other debris that can cause chips and damage to the paintwork.
Free of aggressive solvents such as chlorinated hydrocarbons (CFC/organochlorides), esters and ketones, this flexible, grey and black zinc-enriched coating prevents or significantly delays the formation of harmful rust in spots where the protective film has been damaged.

This permanently elastic corrosion protective coating does not attack PVC coatings and is free of asbestos and bitumen.
DINITROL 447 Protect Super is particularly suitable for the aftertreatment of car bodies and can be coated with all commercially available lacquers or further coated once the film dries.

Dinitrol 447 Protect Super offers powerful and quick-drying zinc-enhanced stone-chip protection that ensures long-lasting resistance to stone-chipping and road salt for various vehicle types, making it an ideal choice for both OEM (original equipment manufacturers) and aftermarket applications.

Use Methods:

• Can be sprayed evenly onto dry, dust- and grease-free surfaces, w/ 4-6 bar air pressure spray equipment.
• Spraying is recommended airless with a product temperature of +10°C – +25°C.
• Can be painted over when thoroughly dry.

Pre-Treatment:

• Surfaces to be applied shall be dry, clean, and free from corrosion.

Over-Coating:

• Can be overpainted with the most common paints.
