Chevron Rando HDZ ISO 32 | 55 Gallon Drum
460.00 LBS

Chevron’s Rando HDZ cold weather hydraulic oil, 55 gallon drum, is formulated with premium base oil technology plus antiwear additives, oxidation and corrosion inhibitors, and a sheer stable viscosity index improver to provide the best protection for high pump efficiency.

A multi-viscosity fluid, this HVI oil is recommended for use in hydraulic or circulating oil systems, including hydraulic actuated loading bins, marine on-deck machinery, and equipment that requires wide operating temperatures.

This Chevron ISO 32 lubricant meets the following requirements:

  • Eaton-Vickers I-286-S
  • Parker Hannifin (Denison) HF0 (using T6H20C pump)
  • Bosch Rexroth former specification RE 90220-01
  • ASTM D6158, HV
  • DIN 51524-3
  • ISO 11158 L-HV
  • JCMAS HK-1

This product meets a dielectric strength of 35 kV? (ASTM D877?) when operating in clean, dry environments.

Performance characteristics

  • Oxidation stability
  • Rust and corrosion protection
  • High viscosity index (153)
  • Foam suppressing
  • Excellent anti-wear properties
  • Outstanding filterability

Chevron’s premium performing HVI hydraulic oil has been specially manufactured with anti-wear additives to minimize pump wear due to metal-to-metal contact. Limiting metal-to-metal contact is especially important in vane-, piston-, and gear-type pumps.

Chevron’s HVI hydraulic fluid further provides superior antiwear protection for pumps that operate with pressures over 1000psi.  Rando HDZ fluid can provide up to 5% improvement in overall pump efficiency compared typical monograde hydraulic fluids.

Note: Chevron Rando HDZ was formerly Texaco Rando HDZ

This product is available in 5 gal. pails and 55 gal. drums
