NEVASTANE 6 SAFEGARD is a NSF H1 Registered Food Grade Spray and General Purpose Food Machinery Oil formulated with USP white oils and additives to provide superior protection against rust and resistance to steam and mild acids encountered during food processing to ensure long machine life whilst reducing contamination problems as required by the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System (HACCP). 
NEVASTANE 6 SAFEGARD Spray System is an environmentally safe mechanism that uses a bladder system and air pressure to deliver a fine, continuous spray that has successfully been used in applications like conveyor lines, slides, guides, etc.

H-1 lubricants registered with NSF have undergone stringent evaluations demonstrating a pledge to food safety and improved overall equipment lifespan with assurance that NSF H-1 registered lubricants will provide excellent lubrication properties, anti-wear and corrosion protection, as well as minimize downtime.

This colorless and odorless multi-purpose lubricant also work effectively as a penetrant, displacing moisture to efficiently prevent rust after washdowns, leaving an oily film that offers up to 72 hours of rust protection even at elevated temperatures of up to 217 °C.
