RADCOLUBE FR257 ISO VG 7 Low Temperature Stability & Fire Resistant, Synthetic Hydrocarbon Base Hydraulic Fluid for Aircrafts and Missiles Approved Under Mil-Spec, MIL-PRF-87257C

RADCOLUBE FR257 is a premium synthetic hydraulic fluid approved under Military Specification, MIL-PRF-87257C.
This specification covers the requirements for a synthetic hydrocarbon hydraulic fluid intended for use in a wide temperature range in aircraft, missile systems, or any other hydraulic systems using synthetic sealing material.

RADCOLUBE FR257 is a synthetic, fire resistant hydraulic fluid consisting of synthetic hydrocarbon base oils along with additives, ideal for safe use in low temperature aircrafts.
To be able to withstand a wide range of fluctuating temperatures, this aviation hydraulic oil is thermally stable and has low viscosity to maintain fluidity in low temperature environments and resist breakdown and degradation from elevated temperatures or exposure to harmful oxidizing agents.

For further safety improvements, this high-functioning hydraulic fluid is fire resistant with high flash/ignition points and ensures that the fluid will not be susceptible to combustion or igniting within your hydraulic systems.
RADCOLUBE FR257 is an advantageous decision for low temperature aircrafts and various other applications subjected to demanding or critically challenging environments.

Benefits:

  • An incredible synthetic hydrocarbon base hydraulic fluid approved under Military Specification MIL-PRF-87257C, rigorously tested to ensure it meets the demanding temperature range performance requirements for the -54 °C to +200 °C temperature range in low temperature aircrafts, automatic pilots, shock absorbers, brakes, flap-control mechanisms, missile systems, and any other hydraulic systems using synthetic sealing material.
  • Fire resistant property significantly increases flash/ignition point to improve safety, mitigating the risk of combustion or explosions.
  • Low Temperature and thermal Stability allow continued operation within a wide range of temperatures as low as -54°C, maintaining fluidity and a low resistance to flow.
  • Resist oxidation when exposed to oxygen or oxidizing agents preventing the formation of sludge and varnish, effectively extending the fluids service life as well as reducing the frequent need to change the fluid.
