Sunoco TO-4 Transfluid 30W Heavy Duty Hydrostatic Transmission Fluid

Sunoco TO-4 Transfluid 30 is premium quality lubricants specially formulated to meet both Caterpillar TO-4 and Allison C-4 requirements. These fluids are designed for use in power-shift transmissions, final drives, hydrostatic transmissions, torque converters and hydraulic systems of Caterpillar equipment.  Sunoco TO-4 Transfluid 30 provides substantially improved friction and anti-wear performance compared with older API CD/TO-2 fluids.

Designed for use in powershift transmissions, hydrostatic transmissions, torque converters, final drives and hydraulic systems of Caterpillar and other off-highway construction and mining equipment. They may also be used in heavy-duty commercial automatic and manual transmission where Allison C-4 or Caterpillar TO-4 fluid is specified.

Features & Benefits

Sunoco TO-4 Transfluid 30 offers good low temperature pumpability, optimized clutch-friction retention and slippage control, and improved clutch life compared to the best API CD/TO-2 engine oils. Their excellent anti-wear and load carrying capabilities work to reduce gear wear and extend transmission life, while providing superior brake chatter control. These oils provide hydraulic stability and protection against high-pressure pump wear along with outstanding thermal and oxidation stability.

Much cheaper than Cat/Mobil, or NAPA TO-4, and shipped to your door! Have about 100 hrs on fluid in a D4H and still looks like it did when I first poured it in. Haven't had it tested, and as long as everything is running smooth as silk, probably wont.
