The Alto line of lubricants from BlueSky Lubricants are high performance air compressor lubricating oils primarily intended for the lubrication of severe duty reciprocating, rotary screw and vane air compressors. the "Syn PGE" series are ultimate performance, polyglycol/ester blended synthetic lubricants for severe duty rotary and centrifugal air compressors to provide superior thermal degradation and deposit control. 46 represents the thickness of the oil which is an International Standards Organization Viscosity Grade (ISO VG) 46.
