Meropa 460 EP gear lubricant, 400 pound drum, by Chevron is a top-performing, premium quality gear oil designed to function in industrial closed gear sets wherein an AGMA 7 EP lubricant is specified.

This product is designed to form a protective film over internal gearbox components, preventing metal-to-metal contact and increasing the efficiency and power output of the respective machine. In addition to a high thermal stability which contributes to its use in gearbox and bearing applications specifying an EP gear oil, this product also minimizes deposits, readily separates water, and prevents rust and corrosion from slowing down your industrial gearbox. This product also may be used in Bijur oil equipment and may be appropriately implemented as a general-purpose lubricant in industrial plants if the application in question requires an EP gear oil.
