OPW has been a global leader in fluid handling solutions for more than 124 years—founded in 1892 as the Ohio Pattern Works & Foundry Company, by 1930 they already built a reputation as a leading supplier of nozzles, valves, fittings, and couplings for the petroleum industry. In 1948, the company changed its name to OPW, and in 1961, the company became a part of the Dover Corporation (Fluids segment).
